Associate
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting various industries research, market info gathering and analysis (key drivers, players, trends, potential targets, etc.);
  • Carrying out target companies' financial analysis: historic results and projections;
  • Originating and maintaining positive client relationship;
  • Delivering high-level client satisfaction throughout the engagement, covering all client interactions and updates, deliverables and outputs with regard to ongoing and potential deals, communications with deals’ investors and creditors;
  • Full-scope coordination of data room preparation and due diligence process, including regular interaction with the client, investor(s) and due diligence team(s);
  • Deal structuring participation.
  • Graduate of a top-tier university;
  • More than two years of experience in M&A advisory or Private equity;
  • Track record of deals successfully closed;
  • Direct engagement experience with business owners and top management;
  • Sound knowledge of corporate finance and extensive experience in presentation building;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Curiosity, out-of-box thinking, openness, neatness and punctuality.
Requirements:
Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting different industries research, market info gathering and analysis (key drivers, players, trends, potential targets etc);
  • Preparing and delivering financial models;
  • Participating in meetings, conference-calls and deal negotiations;
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, proposals and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
  • Participating at all stages of the M&A process.
  • Higher education
  • Relevant experience in the financial sector (preferably M&A advisory, financial modeling or financial due diligence);
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills;
  • Direct engagement experience with business owners and top management;
  • Knowledge of financial accounting, valuation methodology and techniques;
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point user. Experience in the preparation of presentations;
  • Advanced research skills, ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Results-oriented team player with good time-management skills.
